Heat -
4 oz cream cheese
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1/2c cornmeal
1/2 medium onion, chopped

Stir in -
2/3 C milk
1 Tbsp melted butter
1 beaten egg
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 C shredded cheddar
Salt, pepper

Pour into a 1 qt casserole dish

Bake 350º 50 minutes
