2-1/2 lb chard, cleaned and chopped
2-3 slices bacon, crumbled
1 small onion chopped
2 handfuls golden raisins or craisins
1/2c chicken broth
1/4tsp ground nutmeg
Salt to taste
crumbled feta

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon crisp. Set bacon aside, pour off excess bacon grease, add onion and saute, add chard and saute until wilted. Add broth and raisins, simmer until reduced and raisins plump up. To serve, top with crumbled bacon and crumbled feta as desired. Chopped almonds are also good.
