2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour

Raspberry jam (not jelly)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into one big ball, cut ball into 6 pieces. Saran wrap each one into a bowl and put in fridge overnight to harden.

Roll out balls to desired thickness. Cut and put in oven at 350º (175ºC) for approximately 10 minutes (or until brown). After removing from oven, spread jam onto cookies while they are still warm then cover with the next batch. DO NOT freeze that day. Put in container overnight to soften then freeze.
