1/2 c. sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1 c. water
4 c. blueberries

2 c. all purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 t salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. sour cream
1/3 c. melted margarine
1 c. fresh blueberries
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and cornstarch and stir in water. Add blueberries and boil for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Cover and keep warm. Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs, add milk, sour cream, butter and mix well. Stir in dry ingredients, then fold in blueberries. Grill on hot griddle and serve with reserved warm topping.
