5 small carrots
2 T. Vinegar
2 T. Salad oil
¼ clove garlic, crushed
½ tsp. seasoned salt
¼ tsp. salt
Minced parsley, (fresh)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut carrots into thin, short sticks. Mix other ingredients except parsley. Place carrots in marinade so they are at least partially covered, and chill overnight turning occasionally. Drain and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
