4 Eggs, Beaten 375º
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Cream
1/2 Cup Butter
2 1/2 TBL Plain Flour
1/2 tsp of Lemon Extract (I don't like lemon so I use vanilla)
1 Pie Crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar & flour.
Stir in eggs.
Gradually stir in cream.
Add melted butter.
Mix well and pour in crust.

Bake at 375º for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325º for 20 to 25 more minutes and/or golden brown.
