2 lbs. ground beef

green peppers
½ - ¾ cup of rice
garlic
celery salt

1 can of tomato sauce + 1 can of tomato soup - or 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
3 T. vinegar
3 T. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the first 8 ingredients like a meat loaf. Place in crockpot.

Combine vinegar and sugar and pour over meat and vegetables.
