8 boneless chicken breasts
4 thighs
4 cups finely chopped celery
4 cups minute rice - cooked
4 cups water chestnuts (3 cans) drained and cut up
3 cups Miracle Whip salad dressing
12 hard boiled eggs (sliced)
4 cans Cream of Chicken soup
4 T salt
4 tsp. lemon juice
4 tsp. dried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken until tender remove thigh bones and cut chicken into pieces.
Mix all ingredients together, adding eggs last and put into bread pans or baking dish or 2 inch high broiler pan.

Topping: ¾ lb Oleo or margarine
4 cups crushed corn flakes
2 cups slivered almonds

Bake 35-40 minutes at 350º.
