32 ounce package frozen French Cut Green Beans
4 ounces sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups of half and half
1 cup sliced water chestnuts
3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon Accent seasoning
Sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Cook green bean according to package direction, drain. Saute' mushrooms & onions in butter. Add flour and cook until smooth. Add Half and Half, cook on low for 5 minutes. Then add cheese, Tabasco, soy sauce, salt, pepper and Accent. Simmer until cheese melts. Mix green beans with sauce, add chestnuts.
Pour into casserole, sprinkle with almonds and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
