Potatoes
1 Onion , 2 Green Peppers,
1/2 cup Sweet pickle relish
Green olives, 1/2 cup Celery
3 cups Mayo (adjust to your taste
Dab Musturd, 3 tbs of Vinager
3 tbs of white sugar,
Dash salt to taste
about 4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes until soft-set aside to cool. Peel after they are cooled off.

Hard boil the eggs set aside and peel when cool.

Cut to cube size the potatoes

Chop onions, celery, green peppers, celery and green olives Mix potatoes with chopped vegtables.

Mix Mayo with sugar, vinager, musturd
and salt.

Mix mayo mixture with vegtables and potatoes

Chop up your eggs and add after everything else
is mixed up together.
