1. Maida 160g
2. Sugar 200 g
3. Cocoa powder 40g
4. Baking soda 1 tsp
5. Warm water 240 ml
6. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
7. Oil 80 ml
8. Vinegar 1 tsp

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pre heat on 180C, grease a 8” cake tin.
2. Sieve dry ingredients.
3. In another bowl add water, vanilla, oil and vinegar.
4. Mix dry ingredients spoon by spoon to the wet mixture.
5. Immediately transfer to the greased tin.
6. Bake at 180C for 30mins or until a toothpick tests clean.
