1. Maida 700 g
2. Marvo/ Butter/ Margarine/ fat 400 gm
3. Sugar 400 gms
4. Cashew chopped coarsely 500 g
5. Milk maid 200 g
6. Baking powder 10 g
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream fat and sugar together for 2 - 3 minutes
2. Add milkmaid and mix for 4 - 5 minutes more. (The granulated sugar will remain)
3. Add maida, baking powder and cashew. Mix well.
4. Shape into small rocks and place on a greased tray at a distance of ½ inch.
5. Preheat the oven at 180c
6. Bake at 170 - 180 c for 15 minutes till light brown
