Bottom:

1 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar

Filling:
2 Eggs, Beaten
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt

Glaze:
Butter
Milk
Powdered Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together Bottom ingredients and pat into an 8 inch pan. Bake until lightly browned in 350ºoven - check after 15 minutes.

Mix together Filling ingredients and pour over baked crust. Bake another 25 minutes at 350º

When cool, glaze with powdered sugar frosting
