1. Maida 1 kg
2. Fresh Yeast 50 g
3. Oil/Butter 50 g
4. Salt 20 g
5. Water 650 ml
6. Bread Improver 1.5 g
7. Calcium Powder 5 g
8. Sugar 30 g
9. Sautéed Garlic 10 g
10. Garlic Masala 5 g
11. Coriander leaves 10 g
12. Green chillies 5 g
13. Chilli flakes 5 g
14. Pizza seasoning 5 g
15. Turmeric powder 1 tbsp

1. In a bowl add sugar, salt, fresh yeast some water and mix well for 2-3mins or till sugar dissolves a little.
2. In another bowl take maida add bread improver, calcium powder and gluten powder and mix all the dry ingredients well.
3. Now add all these dry ingredients to the yeast mixture keep adding water.
4. Now add oil, sautéed garlic, garlic powder, coriander leaves, green chillies, chilli flakes, pizza seasoning & turmeric powder and keep kneading for 5-7mins to make tight dough.
5. Cover the dough with a muslin cloth and let it rest for 10mins.
6. Cut the dough into 300gms portions and again let it rest for 10-15mins.
7. Now tap the dough to remove air and place in a greased tray to prove.
8. The proving will take approximately 45mins or till the dough has raised double its volume.
9. After the dough has been proved place it in preheated oven and bake it for 15mins at 220C.
10. Remove the tray from the oven once baked. Apply oil for soft crust, let the bread cool amd make even slices.
11. Pack it in a plastic bag. Consume it within 3-4days.
