1. Dark chocolate – 300 g
2. All-purpose flour – 210 g
3. Milk maid – 450 g
4. Walnuts – 200 g
5. Butter – 230 g
6. Baking soda – ½ tsp
7. Baking powder – 1 tsp
8. Coco powder – 3 tbsp
9. Chocolate chip – 1 cup
10. Vanilla essence – 2 tsp
11. Milk – 120 ml
12. Curd – 3 tsp

1. Heat the oven to 350 F (180 °C/Gas 4). Grease and flour a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl (flour, coco powder baking soda and baking powder)
3. In another bowl, blend in melted butter and melted chocolate. Add milk maid, curd and milk; stir until well blended. Stir in vanilla essence. Now add all dry ingredients mixed above and stir well.
4. Stir nuts and the chocolate chips into batter. Spread batter in the prepared baking pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the brownies are firm and begin to pull away from sides of pan.
5. Cool before cutting into squares.
