1. All-purpose flour – 100 g
2. Baking Powder – 1 tsp
3. Baking soda – ½ tsp
4. Condensed milk – 130 g
5. Butter – 50 g
6. Lemon essence – 2-3 drop
7. Dry fruits – 3 tbsp each (Cashew, Almond, Walnuts, Cherry, Berries and Tuti-fruity
8. Lemon zest – ½ tsp
9. Apricot jam – 1 tbsp.

1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Preheat oven to 160 degrees F.
3. In another bowl, take milk maid and butter together in a bowl mix using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add mix fruit jam and beat again till smooth batter.
4. Combine dry ingredients into creamed butter mixture. Add dry fruits and mix well (keep 1/3rd dry fruits for garnishing.
5. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean, 15 to 20 minutes.
