2 c flour
1 1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 c eggnog
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
2 eggs
2 t vanilla
1 1/2 t baking soda
1/8 t nutmeg

ICING:
4 c powdered sugar
1/2 c eggnog
1 stick unsalted butter
1 t vanilla
1/8 t nutmeg
1/4 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º. Lightly grease a 13x18" baking sheet with butter or non-stick spray.
In a med bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, nutmeg and set aside.
In a large saucepan over med heat, melt butter, then stir in eggnog and cook, stirring until combined, for 1 min.
Turn off heat, then stir in sugar, vanilla and eggs, beating until fully incorporated, then mix in flour mixture, being careful not to overmix.
Once combined, pour batter into greased sheet pan and bake 14-16 min till toothpick in center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let cool 15 min.
While cake is baking, prepare frosting: combine butter and eggnog in a med saucepan over med-hi heat and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar, vanilla, nutmeg and salt, whisking till smooth.
Pour frosting over cake, spreading into an even layer. Top with nutmeg.
Let set, then serve.
