1 c. chilli sauce
2 c. ketchup
1 1/4 c. cola soft drink
1 (1.4-oz) package French onion soup
1 (3-4) lb. chuck roast
1 lb. baby carrots
6 red potatoes quartered (optional)
1 large onion cut in half and slice into half rings

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Place roast in a dutch oven. Cover with sliced onion. Place carrots around the roast. Pour sauce mixture over roast and carrots. Cover. Bake 350º for 3 hours. If desired add potatoes last hour of cooking. Remove from oven: let stand 20 minutes. Slice meat, and pour sauce over meat.
