2 c Peanut Butter
1 c Butter
3 c Confectioners Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
½ cup chopped pecans (optional)

Chocolate Shell:
1 pkg chocolate morsels (20 oz) or Bakers chocolate
1 bar paraffin wax

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, butter, confectioners sugar, and vanilla extract well using stand or hand mixer on medium speed. Once the mixture resembles cookie dough chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until chilled. Roll peanut butter mixture into balls of desirable size. Place peanut butter mixture balls in freezer until almost frozen solid. Melt wax in a double boiler, then add in chocolate morsels once peanut butter mixture is chilled. Dip in chocolate morsels mixture using toothpicks. Place the covered balls on wax paper to dry and hardened.
