12 oz. pkg Broad Eg Noodles
¾ stick Butter or Margarine (melt)
1 pkg Cream Cheese (non-fat OK)
¼ C, Sugar
3 Eggs
1 C. Milk (non-fat OK)
1 C. Apricot nectar

TOPPING:
1½ C.crushed Corn Flakes
¾ stick melted Butter or Margarine
1½ tsp. Cinnamon
¼ C. Sigar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and drain noodles. Put in a buttered baking dish 11x13. Mix in melted butter
In blender combine: Cream Cheese, Sugar, Eggs, Milk, Apricot nectar. Blend well and pour over noodles.

Topping: Mix cornflakes with sugar and cinnamon.
Add melted butter to form sticky mixture.
Sprinkle topping over noodles in pan.
Bake at 350º - 45 minutes
Cover with aluminum and cool ½ hour.
Cut into squares and serve.
