1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
1 1/4 cups Flour
3/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Baking Powder
3/4 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 cup Skim Milk
1 cup Applesauce
3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 Egg White

Topping:
1/4 cup Oats
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Margarine
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F

Combine dry ingredients. Make a well and add wet ingredients. Sprinkle on topping. Bake for 22 minutes.
