1 cup Chicken Broth
1 cup Water
3 cups raw diced Potatoes
1 cup Carrot Coins
1 can Corn Nibblets w/ juice
2 Green Onions, finely diced
6 slices crisp Bacon
1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
1 cup Milk
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Flour
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil broth and water. Add potato, carrots, corn, green onion and nutmeg. Simmer for 30 min. Mix melted butter and flour and thin with milk. Add this mixture and rest of milk and bacon to the soup.
