2 cups Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
5 Tbsp. Shortening
2/3 cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 F.

Sift first 3 ingredients. Cut shortening in with pastry blender. Add milk and lightly knead for 10 seconds. Roll out dough and cut circles. Bake for 12 minutes until slightly brown.
