1/2 cup Margarine
2 Eggs
1 cup Buttermilk
2 cups white sugar
2 cups flour
2/3 cup cocoa
2 tsp. Baking Powder
Dash of salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix boiling water and cocoa and set aside. Mix margarine, eggs and sugar. Add the cocoa mix. Add flour, baking powder and salt alternately with buttermilk. Fold into greased pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min. Cake is done when the cake comes away from the sides of pan. Serve with cool whip instead of icing. Sprinkle with frozen strawberries.
