3 half-gallon jars of nacho rings, drained and rinsed.

Syrup:
2 C cider vinegar
6 C sugar
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 Tbsp pickling spices
3 Tbsp minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Sterilize jars & caps. Grind picking spice to powder in blender. Bring vinegar, sugar, turmeric, spices, & garlic to boil over medium heat. Pack hot jars tightly with peppers. Fill to 1/4 inch from top with hot syrup. Place cap/ring, close firmly. Water bath 20 minutes. Close tightly; check to ensure caps seal.
