3 cups flour
1 pk yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup of nonfat dry milk
1 tsp. mace
1/4 cup very warm water
3 tbsp. oil
2/3 to 1 cup very warm water


2 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, mace, nonfat dry milk together. Set aside.
In glass cup mix sugar, yeast, and 1/4 cup of warm water. Keep warm to activate (bubbles within 5-8 min)
Use 2/3 cup of water and mix with oil, set aside.

Mix yeast mixture with flour mix, then slowly add oil/water mixture. Form nice soft ball.
Remove from bowl and knead for 10 minutes on a floured surface.
Place in a bowl, that has been coated with olive oil, and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
Punch down, invert the bowl over dough to cover it, and let rest 10 minutes.
Roll dough into a long torpedo shaped loaf.
Place on a lightly oiled cookie sheet.
Let rise 1 hour.
Bake at 375º for 35-40 minutes.
