2 c Brown Sugar
½ c Margarine
½ c Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
1 c Peanut Butter
3½ c Quick Cooking Rolled Oats

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, margarine and milk in a sauce pan, stir well and bring to boil over medium heat. Keep stirring and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, add the vanilla and peanut butter, stir until smooth. Add the rolled oat and stir well. Drop by spoonful's onto a cookie sheet covered with parchment or wax paper. Let cool.
** Alternatively you can pour finished mixture into a casserole dish lined with wax paper or parchment paper, allow to cool and cut into squares. You can also add a 1/2 cup of chocolate chips when you put in the peanut butter if you are feeling wild and crazy:)
