1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla1/3 cup corn syrup or maple syrup
1 -1 1/2 cups raisins.
Pastry for 12 medium tarts

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pastry dough, or use store tart shells.
Cream brown sugar and butter.
Add eggs, salt, vanilla, and syrup. Mix well.
Fold in raisins.
Place filling in tart shells.
Bake at 400 for 8 minutes. Reduce heat and bake for an additional 10-15 minute until browned.
