1 – Duncan Hines Supreme Yellow Cake mix
2 – Bananas, mashed
1 tsp. Baking soda

Frosting Ingredients:
½ cup Crisco
½ cup margarine
¾ cup sugar
5 oz. Can evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to package directions, add mashed bananas and baking soda, and mix well. Bake according to package directions.

Cut up Crisco and margarine in chunks in mixing bowl. Pour sugar, evaporated milk and vanilla over Crisco and margarine. Let sit for one hour. Mix together at high speed for approximately 8-10 minutes. Mixture will look unblended for a while, then will smooth out nicely. Spread over cooled cake. Will cover a 9 x 13 cake or a 2-layer cake with no problem.
