Ingredients:
1 lb. Ziti
1 large jar (28 oz) of Spaghetti Sauce
1 15 oz. container of Ricotta Cheese
2 eggs
¼ cup grated Romano or parmesan cheese
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp Garlic salt
½ to 1 tsp Oregano
½ to 1 tsp Basil
1 - 8 oz bag of shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 - 9 x 13 aluminum pan with deep sides

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking, mixed ricotta, eggs and Romano or parmesan cheese together in small bowl. When pasta is done cooking, drain well. Mix all of spaghetti sauce into drained pasta in a large bowl or the cooking pot. You’ll want the pasta/sauce mix to be saucy as the pasta will absorb some of the sauce over time.

Spray the aluminum pan with Pam. Put half of pasta mix into the aluminum pan; spread the ricotta cheese mix over. The cheese will be thick. Then pour the rest of the pasta on top of the cheese mix. Sprinkle the top with mozzarella. Can be baked right away at 350° for 30-40 minutes. Also can be frozen and baked later at 350° for 45-50 minutes.
