½ c. unpopped popcorn kernels (about 16 c. popped corn)
1 c. salted butter
1 c. lt. brown sugar
⅓ c. lt. corn syrup
1½ - 2 t. sea salt, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. Pop popcorn using an air popper.

In a small saucepan, melt butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and 1 t. salt over medium heat. Bring to a boil and allow to boil 4 minutes without stirring. Pour caramel over popcorn and stir to coat evenly. Pour popcorn on lined pan and sprinkle with remaining salt.

Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Allow to cool on parchment paper.
