1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together . (if using more then 1 flank steak double or triple as necessary)
place in container that can be turned to assure coating evenly. Let marinate 24 hours.
Barbeque to yourpreference and slice to serve on the diagonal.
