1˝ C Chocolate Chips
˝ C each Butterscotch Chips & Peanut Butter Chips
˝ C each Butter & Smooth Peanut Butter
3 C  Dry Chow Mein Noodles, lightly crushed
˝ C Peanuts and/or Raisins
1˝ C Rice Crisp Cereal
1 oz. White Chocolate or Semisweet Chocolate, melted (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In double boiler or in heatproof bowl over saucepan of hot water, melt butterscotch and peanut butter chips, butter and peanut butter, stirring often (prepare to be patient) remove from heat.

Stir in noodles and cereal to coat well. Drop chocolate mixture by heaping Tbs onto waxed paper lined baking sheets. Refrigerate for about 20 mins. or let stand in cool place until firm. With fork, drizzle with chocolate. (optional)

When making them ahead layer between waxed paper in airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week, or freeze up to 2 mths.
