1½ C Flour
¼ tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking Powder
¼ C Butter
½ C Brown Sugar
1 Egg, lightly beaten
⅔ C Milk
½ tsp. Vanilla

Streusel or Honey Bee Glaze

Directions:
Grease 9 in. baking pan and preheat oven to 375ºF. Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder; set aside. In a large bowl, cream butter until soft. Gradually add sugar and cream until light. Beat in egg and milk.

Add sifted ingredients to butter mixture. Add vanilla and stir batter until smooth. Spread into pan and cover with streusel or honey bee glaze. Bake 20-25 mins. or until toothpick comes out clean.
