16 oz. whole pecans (reserve 1/2 cup for garnish)
24 oz. almond bark chocolate
2 oz. (1/2 bar) Baker's German chocolate bar
11 oz. bag caramel bits
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Layer pecans, then candy coating, then chocolate bar in crock pot. Cover. Cook one hour on low. Do not stir. After one hour, stir and continue stirring every 15-20 minutes for another hour. Stir in caramel bits and turn off heat. Cover for five minutes. Meanwhile, line pans with parchment paper. Stir. Use two spoons to drop candy onto parchment paper.
Melt 2 cups chocolate chips and chop 1/2 cup pecans. Drizzle chocolate over candy and garnish with pecans. Allow to set completely.
*Can be doubled but caramel will get gritty if not scooped our quickly*
