1 lb chuck steak, cut into small pieces

1 small onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 cup shredded carrots
4 cloves garlic, chopped

1 zucchini, shredded (they disappear)
16oz can crushed tomatoes
5 cups beef broth
1/2 cup red wine
3 Tbsp fresh parsley
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
Salt/pepper
1/2 cup water
8 oz tomato sauce

Frozen tortellinis
Parmesan cheese


Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown meat in olive oil and add to a large soup pot.

Saute onion, green pepper, and carrots (adding garlic the last minute) and add to pot.

Add rest of ingredients except torts and parmesan cheese.

Cook 35 -40 minutes on stove or longer in a crock pot. Add torts and cook until done.

Serve with Parmesan cheese.
