1 pkg lasagna noodles 1 egg beaten
1 lb ground beef 1 lb ricotta cheese
2 lg cloves,garlic, minced 8 oz Mozzarella, shredded
2 med onions, chopped 1 lg jar spaghetti sauce

1 c parsley, chopped 2 T butter
1 tsp basil 2 T flour
¾ tsp salt 1½ c milk
¼tsp pepper ½ tsp salt
½ tsp oregano ¼ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles, plunge into cold water. Rain and lay on wet towel and cover with wet towel.
Cook hamburger garlic and onions.
Stir in Parsley, basil, salt, oregano and pepper.
Add mixture of egg, ricotta and mozarella
Pour ½ spaghetti sauce in 13X 9 pan.
Spread each lasagna strip with ⅓ c. filling and roll up
Cut each roll in half and place in dish, cut side down.
Prepare Bechamel sauce. Melt butter, stir in flour, blend until smooth;
gradually stir in milk. Cook until smooth. Stir in pepper, salt and parmesan
cheese. Spoon over lasagna rolls.
Top with rest of spaghetti sauce; garnish with parsley, and Parmesan cheese.
Bake @ 350º covered with foil 20 min; remove foil, bake 20 more minutes until bubbly.
