1 C cake crumbs, dried
¾ tsp. Cinnamon

Melt butter then stir in and lightly brown cake crumbs. Remove from heat, add cinnamon and mix well.

Streusel is a crumb topping usually served in place of a top crust on fruit pies or as a topping on coffee cakes.
