1 Small Turnip, cut into 1 in. cubes
4 Medium Carrots, cut diagonally in thick slices (it makes them look cool)
2 Medium Onions, peeled and quartered
1 lb. Mini Red Potatoes
½ C. Herb & Garlic Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Toss vegetables and dressing in a large bowl, making sure all are well coated. Arrange in a 9x13 in. baking dish. Cook, uncovered until vegetables are tender, about 1 hour.
