1 C. Onion, chopped
2 lb. Bag of Hash Browns
1 lrg. Container of Sour Cream
1 C. Grated/Shredded Cheese
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9x13 in. pan and preheat oven to 375ºF. Sautée onions and set aside. In a large bowl mix hash browns, sour cream, soup and cheese. Add sautéed onions and mix thoroughly. Pour into pan and bake 1 hour. May be topped with more grated cheese.

You can change up the amount of sour cream to personal preference however, I wouldn't suggest going any less than a 500mL container.
