1 to 1/2 pounds of sausage

Onion

6 slices of bread cubes (fresh)

2 cups cheddar cheese grated

7 eggs

1/4 tsp dry mustard (or use other kind)

Salt

2 1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage and onion (drain fat)

Layer sausage in pan 9 x 13

Layer bread cubes over sausage

Sprinkle cheese over bread.

Mix together eggs, mustard, salt and milk.

Pour over top.

Refrigerate over night.

Bake next morning for 1 hour 325º.

If making this for 2 or 4 people then cut the recipe in half.
