200 Greek Yoghurt
2 tbsp banana or vanilla flavoured whey protein
3 rice cakes
half a medium banana, sliced
2 squares of dark chocolate

Makes 1 Serving

Per Serving- 485 Calories, 50g Carbs, 50g Protein & 10g Fat

Directions:

Mix together the yoghurt and whey protein and place the rice cakes onto a plate and top with the yoghurt mixture , banana and chocolate.
