5 tbsp. dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
50g Hazelnut butter
4 tbsp. organic coconut oil
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
90g Pitted prunes
2 tbsp. raisins
50mls unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp. fresh ginger
half tsp orange essence
1 tbsp. acacia honey
2 tbsp. omega seeds mix( sunflowers, linseeds and pumpkin seeds)
4 tsp cocoa powder

(Makes 10 Bites)

Per Serving- 115 Calories, 10 g Carbs, 5g Protein & 10 g Fat

Melt chocolate into a glass bowl which has bee placed into a container of simmering water. Add the hazelnut butter and coconut oil and stir well. Place the cinnamon ,prunes and raisins ,almond milk, ginger, orange essence and honey into the blender and whiz into a smooth paste. Add the prune mixture to the chocolate mixture and add the omega seed mix. Mix well to combine and then transfer into an air tight container and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set. Scoop out portions into shapes of balls .Roll the balls in cocoa to give a light coating. Store in an air tight container for up to 4-5 days in the fridge.
