1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup & 6 tablespoons of flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups Butterfingers BB's candies . (about 5 1.7 ounce packages)

Directions:

In a large bowl beat with an electric mixer at medium speed until well blended: ·

1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar

Add and Beat until fluffy:
1 egg & 1 teaspoon vanilla

Add and Beat until well blended:
1 cup & 6 tablespoons of flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Add and stir with a wooden spoon:
1 1/2 cups Butterfingers BB's candies . (about 5 1.7 ounce packages)

Chill dough at least I hour.

Preheat oven to 350

Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Using a rounded tablespoon dough for each cookie, drop dough in mounds onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 3 inches apart (cookies will really spread).

Bake cookies until golden brown, about 12 minutes. Transfer parchment with cookies to rack and cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

Makes 24 cookies
