1/2 pound noodles (wide)
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/3 c. cornstarch
12 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 Tbsp salt
3 breasts of chicken, diced and cooked
1 tsp sage

Directions:
Directions:
Bring large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add noodles and oil. Boil 8 minutes or til tender. Drain and rinse under cool water.

Boil onion and celery.

In large pot, combine broth, salt, sage, and bring to boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer 15 minutes. Add the onions and celery.

In small bowl, mix cornstarch and water together until starch dissolves. Gradually add soup, stirring constantly. Add chicken and noodles. Heat through
