Sift:
1 cp -2tbs
1/4 c cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp b powder

Cream
3 eggs
1 Cp sugar
1/3 cp brewed cold coffee
1 tsp vanilla

Add to dry
Pour in greased and lined jelly roll pan
Cook 350º. 15 mins

Turn out onto confectioners sugar that has been sifted onto a clean towel. Roll up and let cool

Unroll spread with
2 tsp instant coffee
1 1/2cp cream
1/2 cp conf sugar
Whip till stiff

Fill and frost. Refrigerate
