Did I get your attention with ranch? I have made several meals with my clean dry ranch seasoning, and they have all been a huge hit. I was debating on what to cook tonight , i brainstormed what we had on hand and what sounded good. I love the 21 day fix taco bake and decided on a whim to change it up and see what happens! I am glad I did because this was so delicious , full of flavor and left me feeling very satisfied! My entire family enjoyed it, my oldest who is 7 asked for seconds! I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Ingredients –

1.5 lb lean ground turkey (or lean ground Beef)

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup no sugar tomato sauce

1 cup Quinoa or Brown Rice ( I used Brown Rice)

1 Cup shredded cheese of your choice

1 tsp fresh parsley

1 tsp dried dill

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp sea salt

pepper to taste

Directions –

Pre Heat oven to 350

Brown ground turkey

Cook Quinoa or brown rice on stove top according to direction

Once meat is browned, add diced tomatoes and sauce ( I kept heat on low while doing this)

Combine all seasonings to meat and sauce , mix in

Add rice or Quinoa in with meat and sauce , mix well together

Once mixed together , spread evenly through a 9X13 pan

Top with shredded cheese

cook for 15-20 minutes , remove, let cool and serve
