2 c. flour
½ c. sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix together, then add:

1½ c. milk
1 c. canned pumpkin
4 eggs, separated (yolks)
¼ c. butter, melted (½ cube)

Beat egg whites until stiff, fold into batter.

Fry pancakes 375º

Decorate pumpkin faces with raisins, nuts, or chocolate chips
