1 egg (beaten)

2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 large can evaporated milk
Directions:
Directions:
Roll out the size of a .saucer. fill 1/2 with sweetened dried or fresh -
fruit. Dot with butter, fold other half over and crimp edges together.
This crust freezes.well.
