1 Cup Sugar

Beat Until Creamy

1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup OIl
Sift:

1¾ Cups Self Rising Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Soda

Bake at 350 for 20 Minutes

Icing

4 egg whites beaten until forms soft peaks

1 Cup Karo Syrup
1/2 Cup Sugar
Boil 2 Minutes; remove from heat; fold in egg whites; ice cake and sprinkle coconut on top.
